PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ANTHONY ANTHONY-HARPER-MAYFIELD OVERLAND PARK-WICHITA-OLATHE POLICY STATEMENT It is the Policy of the First National Bank of Anthony to protect personal or financial information which comes into the Bank’s possession during the normal course of business. The following privacy guidelines serve as standards the Bank employees will use when collecting, using, and maintaining the personal information of our customers.’ CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT We will collect personal and financial information about a customer from the following sources:
COLLECTION, RETENTION, AND USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION We will collect, retain, and use information about a customer in accordance with regulatory requirements, to enhance the quality of service and products we provide, and to inform our customers about additional opportunities that may be beneficial. "NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION" means personally identifiable financial information, including information about you on a list, that is not publicly available. CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE AND PERSONS TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION We do not disclose any non-public personal or financial information about our customers to anyone, including affiliates and third parties, except as permitted by law. For example, the Bank is permitted by law to disclose personal or financial information about a customer in the following circumstances:
If you decide to close your account (s) or become an inactive customer, the Bank will continue to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy. VENDOR AND THIRD PARTY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS Pursuant to the Bank’s policy of not disclosing nonpublic personal information, we will not disclose this information to any vendor except as otherwise permitted by law. The Bank may disclose all of the information the Bank collects, as described above, to companies that provide us with products or services that help the Bank furnish banking services to the customer (for example, check printers, appraisers, loan processors, etc.). SAFEGUARDING AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who have a business need for the information and to provide products, services and customer support to you. The Bank will maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. DISCLOSURES This Privacy Policy notice will be provided to each new customer at the time the customer relationship is established. Additionally, a copy of this Privacy Policy notice will be mailed to all customers once per calendar year. In addition, anyone may receive a copy of this Privacy Policy notice upon request.
